For quantities of 500 units or more we recommend that the CD/DVD Replication process be used. (For runs less than 500 units see our duplication section.) Firstly a glassmaster is created from your supplied master, from which a stamper is made, this is used as a mould into which molten polycarbonate is injected, creating the discs. Once the discs have been made, they are aluminium coated and an anti-oxidisation layer is added and thermal dried. Once dry, the discs are then screen-printed and again thermal dried and packed onto spindles.

From here they are then sent to meet their partner printed parts. All printed parts are printed Computer-to-plate (CTP), and trimmed to size. All relevant parts are then inserted into the required casing and overwrapped.
